1. 원단의 형태가 롤인 경우에 사용하는 기계이다.
2. 생산 가능한 원단 재질은 흡음재, 스폰지, PE(발포), PU, 부직포, 자동차 인조가죽 그리고 코팅되어 있는 원단도 작업이 가능하다.
3. 절단면이 강판으로 흡음재 가공시 완벽한 스티치 작업이 된다.
4. 후방 CCTV 설치로 작업안전 및 원단 소모 확인 유·무가 가능하다. (선택사항)
5. 터치 스크린 제어방식으로 컷팅 압력과 행정거리를 자유롭게 조절할 수 있으며 미숙련공도 작업이 원활하다.
6. 원단 이송은 SERVO 제어로 거리 및 속도를 정밀하게 제어하며 간편하게 설정할 수 있다.
7. 정밀한 수평도를 유지하며 상부 금형 장치 장착으로 금형탈착이 간편하다.
8. 작업자 안전을 고려한 안전장치가 부착되어 있다.
- FEATURES

1. This machine is used when the form of raw materials is roll.
2. Producible raw materials are sponge, PE(foaming), PU, non-woven fabrics as well as non-coated fabrics.
3. Cross section is steel sheet metal and it makes perfect stitch work when backing materials are processed.
4. When the rear CCTV is installed, work safety and use of material can be checked. (Option)
5. It controls cutting pressure and distance optionally by using a touch screen control system, so unskilled workers can use easily.
6. SERVO control makes it easy to set and control distance and speed accurately for material transfer.
7. It shows exact horizontal position and it is easy to detach the metal mold through upper metal mold installation.
8. Safety device is prepared for operator.
