  • 1. 원단의 형태가 롤인 경우에 사용하는 기계이다.
    2. 생산 가능한 원단 재질은 스폰지, PE(발포), PU, 부직포, 자동차 레자 그리고 코팅되어 있는 원단도 작업이 가능하다.
    3. 여러 개의 롤을 동시에 작업을 할 수 있어 생산성이 높다.
    4. 터치 스크린 제어방식으로 컷팅 압력과 행정거리를 자유롭게 조절할 수 있으며 미숙련공도 작업이 원활하다.
    5. 후방 CCTV 설치로 작업안전 및 원단 소모 확인 유·무가 가능하다.(선택사항)
    6. 원단 이송은 SERVO 제어로 거리 및 속도를 정밀하게 제어하며 간편하게 설정할 수 있다.
    7. 정밀한 수평도를 유지하며 상부 금형 장치 장착으로 금형탈착이 간편하다.
    8. 작업자 안전을 고려한 안전장치가 부착되어 있다.
  • FEATURES
  • 1. This machine is used when material is sheet form.
    2. Producible quality of the material is DL sheet and coated material is possible also.
    3. It is operated on PET long belt is under control on the belt and the lifetime of the metal mold is very long.
    4. Conveying belt is controlled consistently because EPC device is equipped.
    5. By using touch screen control method, cutting pressure and administration distance can be adjusted freely,
        and even unskilled worker can operate easily.
    6. Material transfer is easy to be set up and accurate to control a distance and speed because of SERVO control.
    7. It maintains precise horizontality, and molding desorption is easy since molding equipment is installed upper side.
    8. Safety device is prepared for operator.
