  • 1. 자동차 내장재, 매트, 퍼즐, 성형품(발포, 비발포) 스폰지, PU,PS, PP, 종이, 합판 등을 모형재단 하는데 사용되는 기계이다.
    2. 서로 다른 종류의 제품을 동시에 작업을 할 수 있으며 대량, 고속작업에 적합하며 양쪽의 유압 압력을 별도로 조절할 수 있다.
    3. 후방 CCTV 설치로 작업안전 및 원단 소모 확인 유·무가 가능하다. (선택사항)
    4. 수평 조절 스톱바 장치로 정밀작업을 할 수 있으며 대량, 고속작업에 적합하며 양쪽의 유압 압력을 별도로 조절할 수 있다.
    5. 압력 및 상, 하 행정거리를 자유롭게 조절할 수 있다.
    6. 작업자 안전을 고려한 안전장치가 부착되어 있다.
  • FEATURES
  • 1. This machine is used for pattern cutting of automobile upholstery, mat, puzzle, molded articles(foaming, non-foaming),
        sponge, PU, PS, PP, paper and veneer board.
    2. It is suitable for one-type mass production and is good for pattern cutting.
    3. When the rear CCTV is installed, work safety and use of material can be checked. (Option)
    4. It processes accurately using horizontal control and is good for mass production and high speed production.
        It also controls hydraulic power separately.
    5. Pressure and up-and-down test distance can be freely adjusted.
    6. Safety device is prepared for operator.
