  • 1. Roll에 감겨있는 스폰지, PE(발포), PU, 종이 및 Sheet로 된 스폰지,PE(발포), PU, 고무등을 원하는 모형대로 재단하는데 사용되는 기계이다.
    2. Roll & Sheet 작업을 겸용으로 사용할 수 있다.
    3. 여러개의 Roll을 동시에 작업할 수 있다.
    4. 후방 CCTV 설치로 작업안전 및 원단 소모 확인 유·무가 가능하다. (선택사항)
    5. 이송속도 및 이송거리를 목형의 크기대로 자유로이 조절 토록 하였다.
    6. 작업의 고속화로 생산성을 향상 시켰다.
    7. 제품 재단시 2차 압력이 발생토록 설계하여 금형칼날의 수명도를 높였으며 제품의 정밀가공에 적합하게 제작하였다.
    8. 작업자 안전을 고려한 안전장치가 부착되어 있다.
